Normal:Without this feat, a character that uses his or her off hand suffers a -4 penalty to attack rolls, ability checks, and skill checks.

Special:This feat helps offset the penalty for fighting with two weapons. See Two-Weapon Fighting feat.

Benefit:You get a +2 circumstance bonus on Handle Animal checks and Ride checks.

Armor Proficiency (light)

Prerequisite:

Benefit:When you wear this type of armor you are proficient, the armor check penalty applies only to Balance, Climb, Escape Artist, Hide, Jump, Move Silently, Pick Pocket, and Tumble checks.

Normal:A Character is wearing armor with which they are not proficient suffers a check on all attack and skill checks involving movement, including Ride.

Athletic

Benefit:+2 circumstance bonus on Climb and Swim checks

Blind-Flight

You know how to fight in melee without being able to see your foes.

Benefit:In melee, every time you miss because of concealment, you can reroll your miss chance percentile roll one time to see if you actually hit. An invisible attacker gets no bonus to hit you in melee, that is you do not lose Dex bonus on defense and attacker doesn't get the usual +2 circumstance bonus. The invisible attacker's bonuses do still apply for ranged attacks. You suffer only half the usual penalty to speed for being unable to see. Darkness and poor visibility in general reduces your speed to three quarters of normal, instead of one half.

Normal:Regular attack roll modifiers for insibile attackers trying to hit you apply, as does the speed reduction for darkness and poor visibility.
